How a reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities became America's economic lifeline

Until recently, remote work has been a reasonable accommodation that few employers were willing to offer, and this has largely negatively affected people with disabilities. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major shift in our workforce with many employees now required to work from home, and we are continually seeing the benefits of it.

Managers have resisted remote work due to fears it would lead to a decline in productivity, but employees can be just as productive at home as in the office! Register for a free virtual training on Thursday, May 28 from 10:30-11:30 AM to learn the best practices and policies of remote work and its advantages moving forward, especially for employees with disabilities.
