Participants will leave with:

• an understanding of the Employment First movement,

• suggestions for engaging individuals with significant disabilities in employment,

• knowledge of how to establish effective partnerships to increase the likelihood of employment success, and

• recommendations on collecting and utilizing data.

Participants will gain practical knowledge and tips to ensure that all people with disabilities have access to competitive, integrated employment opportunities and have the opportunity to discuss challenges while addressing solutions.
